Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed Base Salary: Up to $300,000
• $120,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Quarterly Production Bonuses

The Practice

• Employed position within a mission-driven community health system
• Modern clinic with EPIC EMR
• 3 exam rooms per physician
• Excellent support:
  • 1.5 MAs per physician
  • Dedicated triage nurse
  • Established NP and PA team (no oversight required)
• No call responsibilities (APPs handle phone coverage)

Schedule & Flexibility

• 5-day work week | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Option for 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts)
• 36 patient-facing hours / 4 admin hours
• No weekends
