Are you a Pediatric Dentist with a passion for making kids feel comfortable, confident, and cared for in the dental chair? At Commonwealth Dentistry, we’re growing and looking for a warm, enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist to join our fun, supportive, and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Pediatric Dentist on our team, you’ll:

• Perform thorough dental exams and diagnoses tailored to pediatric patients
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on prevention and development
• Deliver care like cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and cavity restorations
• Manage emotional and behavioral aspects of pediatric visits with patience and positivity
• Educate children and parents on healthy habits in a fun and approachable way
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to provide outstanding care

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completed residency in Pediatric Dentistry
• Active dental license in Virginia
• Experience working with children in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills with a kid-friendly touch
• A compassionate, energetic personality that kids (and parents) love
