We are seeking a full-time pediatric nurse practitioner for our independent private practice in sunny Georgetown, South Carolina! Riverside Pediatrics is a physician-owned practice with locations currently in Georgetown and Kingstree, SC, and our newest office opening in Murrells Inlet in the fall of 2026. At Riverside Pediatrics, we practice evidence-based medicine in a small-town setting with big-city technology; this results in a warm and familiar atmosphere that allows us to care for patients and their families with empathy and build personal relationships.
Requirements
Our practice is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team as we expand our well-respected practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric nurse practitioner seeking long-term stability and a sustainable outpatient-focused career. This position is 100% outpatient with no inpatient duties or home call obligations. Join a collaborative group where you will work with a team of dedicated clinical staff, including two experienced pediatricians with more than 40 years combined experience, in a warm and inviting office with a desirable location.

Located in Georgetown, SC, just 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach, Georgetown offers an excellent quality of life with coastal living, affordable housing, quality schools, and a strong sense of community.
Schedule and Work Environment
4-day work week
Minimal weekend coverage, Saturdays 8-10 am in 1:6 to 1:8 rotation
Average volume: 20-25 patients per day
No phone/home call
No hospital or nursery rounds

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-up care.
Provide evidence-based treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions in pediatric patients.
Collaborate with our team of providers (MD/NPs) to ensure high-quality patient care.
Offer guidance and education to patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EMR (Athena).
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited pediatric nurse practitioner program
Active South Carolina License preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a well-supported, busy outpatient setting with accessible physician supervision
