- Pediatric Physical Therapist
Description
We are a pediatric therapy clinic built around a simple idea: clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and free to focus on children—not paperwork, insurance rules, or productivity quotas.
If you love working with children, value clinical reasoning, and want to practice in a play-based environment where movement, connection, and development guide therapy, we would love to meet you.
What Makes Our Clinic Different
Private-pay model — no insurance barriers
We do not participate with insurance, which means no authorizations, denials, or insurance-driven treatment plans. Therapists are free to make decisions based on their clinical expertise and what the child truly needs.
Minimal documentation
Documentation is concise, meaningful, and completed during work hours. We prioritize time with children and families rather than excessive paperwork.
No productivity quotas
We do not measure therapists by billable units. Our focus is thoughtful care, strong relationships with families, and meaningful progress for the children we serve.
A collaborative therapy team
Our therapists work closely together across disciplines. Physical therapists collaborate regularly with occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists to support the whole child. We value shared clinical thinking, open communication, and learning from one another.
Play-based, movement-centered environment
Our clinic is designed for movement, exploration, and play. Therapy sessions are active, engaging, and child-centered—not rigid or protocol-driven. This is very different from hospital or highly structured medical settings.
Freedom to innovate
Therapists are encouraged to bring ideas to the table and help shape the programs we offer. Whether developing group programs, workshops, or new ways to support families, creativity and initiative are welcomed.
Positive, family-centered culture
We see families as partners in a child’s development. Our approach prioritizes relationships, regulation, and supporting each child’s unique developmental path.
