Description
Pediatric Surgery Associates is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatric surgeon to join our established three-surgeon private practice in Las Vegas. This recruitment reflects thoughtful growth as we expand to a four-surgeon model to support call balance, clinical demand, and the continued development of pediatric surgical services in Southern Nevada.
Our practice provides comprehensive pediatric surgical care across two major hospital systems. We perform the full spectrum of pediatric surgery, including neonatal and minimally invasive surgery, pediatric trauma (Sunrise Children’s Hospital is an ACS Level 1 Adult Trauma Center and a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center), oncology, ECMO, foregut and colorectal surgery, and general pediatric procedures. This is a true broad-based pediatric surgery position with meaningful operative volume and clinical autonomy.
Las Vegas represents a rapidly growing pediatric market with significant opportunity. As an independent group, we value the ability to shape programs, influence surgical culture, and work collaboratively with hospital leadership and pediatric subspecialists. Our surgeons are actively involved in trauma systems, neonatal care, leadership and program development across our affiliated institutions. Candidates interested in leadership, system building, and long-term regional impact will find substantial opportunity here.
Call is shared equally within the group. Our goal in expanding to four surgeons is to ensure sustainable coverage and professional longevity. We are seeking a colleague who is technically strong, comfortable with autonomy, and interested in building a durable practice rather than simply filling shifts.
Compensation is competitive and a path to partnership is available for surgeons interested in long-term alignment with the group. Nevada’s lack of state income tax further enhances overall compensation.
Las Vegas offers major metropolitan amenities, international airport access, and proximity to outdoor recreation in Red Rock Canyon as well as easy access to Utah, Arizona, and California. The region continues to grow, and so does the demand for high-level pediatric surgical care.
We are looking for a surgeon who values collegiality, high standards, and ownership. This is an opportunity to join a stable, established group at a time of strategic expansion.
