Practice Overview

• You'll join a community-based outpatient Pediatrics practice as a direct employee
• Support includes 2 Pediatric NPs plus experienced operational leadership
• Clinic pace averages about 3 patients/hour for a steady, manageable day
• EMR: AllScripts with AI scribe support to reduce after-hours charting

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options, including 3- or 4-day workweeks
• Outpatient clinic-focused role with emphasis on work/life balance
• Call is 1:10 and phone-only, averaging 1-2 calls/day
• Built for consistency with room to tailor your weekly template

Compensation & Benefits

• $105/clinic hour for new grads; $115/clinic hour for experienced physicians
• Production bonus available, plus negotiable sign-on support
• 3 weeks PTO + 8 holidays, and CME: 3 days
