Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking to a hire a Per Diem Pediatrician to join a busy pediatrician practice in Castro Valley, CA.

• Join our dynamic pediatric team in Castro Valley, which is part of a robust and established Pediatric department spanning over 20 clinicians across the Bay Area.

• Our additional care center offices are conveniently located in Brentwood, Antioch, Albany, Berkeley, Orinda and Oakland, ensuring accessibility for our diverse patient population. Per diem opportunities may be available at these other clinical sites as well.

• Collaboration is key! We have strong partnerships with our Sutter OB/GYN, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine departments, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Enjoy comprehensive support while working, including assistance from other clinicians, dedicated medical assistants (MA), licensed vocational nurses (LVN), registered nurses (RN), in-basket support, advice nurses, and any additional clinical support required.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics is required.
  
  • While 2-3 years of pediatric experience and experience in building pediatric practices are preferred, they are not mandatory.
  
  • Primary care experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering strong patient relationships and collaborating effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
