At The Learning Owl, we believe neurological differences are natural variations of the human brain, body, and lived experience. We approach children with curiosity, respect, and appreciation, recognizing that each child brings unique strengths, ways of learning, and ways of engaging with the world.
We provide child-centered, neuroaffirming occupational therapy that builds on each child’s interests, strengths, and motivations to support meaningful participation, skill development, and enjoyment across everyday life. We value relationship-based care, flexibility, and collaborative partnerships with families to help children access and participate more fully in the activities that matter to them.
The Learning Owl offers clinic-based occupational therapy, school-based services, and community programs within a supportive, collaborative environment that values curiosity, compassion, and continued learning.

Company History
The Learning Owl began through pediatric occupational therapy services supporting children and families across home, school, and community settings.
Today, The Learning Owl is expanding into a clinic-based pediatric occupational therapy practice in the Sacramento area, offering individual therapy and group programs. As a small and evolving practice, we value collaboration, curiosity, and clinicians who enjoy contributing ideas, helping shape systems, and growing alongside the practice.
