We are actively seeking an accomplished physician leader to serve as Program Director for our Combined Pediatrics and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program. The Program Director will administer an ACGME-accredited, multidisciplinary training program spanning Pediatrics and PM&R. The ideal candidate will be an MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Pediatrics or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, with at least three years of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in graduate medical education, program administration, and resident supervision. Prior experience as a program director or associate director, familiarity with combined or multidisciplinary training, and strong commitment to educational excellence, resident development, and program continuity are preferred.
