Requirements
- Evaluate and interview clients and their caregivers
- Document evaluations, SOAP notes, progress reports, goals, & discharge summaries using an EMR system
- Use therapeutic techniques for desired outcomes
- Select standardized assessments and screeners as appropriate
- Use effective communication skills to work with staff, patients, and families
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain an organized workflow to maintain efficiency
- Work as a team player
