You will work independently in the home and community setting under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist, while receiving ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and clinical guidance to support your professional growth.

Requirements

Valid Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
Current CPR certification
Three professional reference letters
