Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $240,000 –$311,000
• Quarterly productivitybonuses — typically adding 10–20% of base salary annually (total cashcompensation potential of $320K–$370K+)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment: upto $80,000 through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program, with continuation contractsavailable; additional state-level repayment through the Arizona SLRP

What You'll Do:

• Provide routine wellnessexams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acutepediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatricconditions and coordinate care with specialists
• Educate patients andfamilies on preventive care and healthy lifestyles

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medicallicense (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications
