Primary Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday- Friday Full time
Experience: In both Adult and Pediatrics
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer appropriate diagnostic assessments according to diagnosis and patient population
- Design and develop appropriate patient treatment plans including long term goals and short-term goals for functional outcomes measured by objective data collection
- Educates patient, family, and caregivers regarding disorder(s) and therapeutic procedure(s). Provides patient educational materials appropriate to patient and family needs. Provides and documents specific training related to patient's disorder
- Documents evaluations, all patient visits, and billing in the electronic medical record. Ensures documentation is timely and meets appropriate guidelines

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Active unrestricted State of Massachusetts license to practice as a Speech Language
- Clinical Certificate of Competency (CCC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of EPIC
- Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, electronic medical record, etc.
- Proven excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
